RETURN POLICY

​RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

According to the provisions of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers, the client will have a period of 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal, after notifying INDUSTRIAS CONFITERAS ANTEQUERANA, S.L. by sending an email to the address info@incoansl.com. This right will not entail any penalty for the customer, although they must bear the cost of the return, which will be made through the courier company that the customer decides.

However, the exceptions contemplated in article 103 of the same law will be taken into account, which includes, among others, the non-application of this right in contracts referring to the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

For security reasons, the return will not be accepted, in any case, of products that have been opened or if any type of manipulation of them or their packaging is suspected. INDUSTRIAS CONFITERAS ANTEQUERANA, S.L. will pay the purchase amount for returned merchandise, once it has verified that the products are in perfect condition, unopened and without having been used or tampered with.

RETURN FOR PRODUCT DEFECTS, DAMAGE CAUSED IN TRANSPORT OR DUE TO SHIPPING ERROR:

The customer will have 24 hours from receipt of the order to inform INDUSTRIAS CONFITERAS ANTEQUERANA, S.L. via email info@incoansl.com, of any anomaly, breakage, or failure that can be seen in the products received. In this case, INDUSTRIAS CONFITERAS ANTEQUERANA, S.L. will bear, after verifying the facts, the necessary expenses for their return and replacement.

The refund of the money will take 3 to 5 business days from when we receive the return of the order until the customer receives the amount in his account.
